About Enter-Great313
Enter-Great 313 is a community-based organization dedicated to supporting Long Term Serving Returning Citizens (LTSRC) as they transition back into society. Built on a foundation of compassion, dignity, and opportunity, our mission is to provide returning citizens with the guidance and resources they need to rebuild their lives and become productive members of their communities.
Founded in Detroit, Enter-Great 313 was created to address the unique challenges faced by men and women re-entering society after long periods of incarceration. Many returning citizens struggle with employment barriers, lack of family support, limited resources, and emotional or mental health challenges. We walk alongside them during this critical transition — offering mentorship, life-skills training, workforce support, and a strong network of positive peers.
Today, Enter-Great 313 continues to empower individuals by creating pathways to stability, confidence, and long-term success. Through community partnerships, structured programs, and hands-on mentoring, we help returning citizens navigate their new beginning with hope and purpose.

What We Do
🔹 Life Skills Development
We equip returning citizens with essential life skills — including communication, personal development, financial basics, and daily living strategies — to build resilience, confidence, and independence.
🔹 Positive Mentorship
Our mentorship program pairs returning citizens with dedicated leaders who provide guidance, accountability, and emotional support. Mentors help participants stay focused, grounded, and motivated as they rebuild their lives.

We create safe, supportive spaces where participants can connect with others who share similar experiences. Peer groups foster community, encourage open conversation, and help individuals realize they are not alone.

We help open doors to meaningful work by connecting returning citizens with employers, job readiness resources, trade programs, and hands-on training opportunities.
